These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at siiqe.com and any related pages, forms, publications, or subdomains operated by SIIQE Pty Ltd (ACN pending) ("SIIQE", "we", "us", "our"), including the SiteIQ product marketing pages (together, the "Site").

The Site is currently in a pre-launch marketing phase. It is not, at this stage, a subscription platform, a data-licensing service, or a compliance system. Where the Site references SiteIQ, Site Intelligence, or any SIIQE methodology output, those references describe products in development for a Q2 2026 demo release. Contractual terms governing use of any SIIQE product will be provided separately at the time of any subscription, licence, or trial.
SIIQE is an Australian company developing infrastructure intelligence and accountability tools for the data-centre and AI infrastructure sector. SiteIQ is our flagship product. SIIQE is the parent brand and legal entity; SiteIQ is a product name.

Any statements about the SiteIQ product — including scoring pillars, methodology, confidence flags, jobs and tax accountability modules, or C40 Cities Pact alignment — describe our intended product, not a commercially delivered service. Where the Site references, previews, or links to any SIIQE or SiteIQ methodology output (including site scores, water-use effectiveness estimates, jobs delivery visualisations, tax contribution scores, or any indicator carrying a confidence flag), you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Such outputs are, and will be construed solely as, statements of opinion at a certain point in time about the matter assessed, and not statements of current or historical fact, and not investment, financial, legal, engineering, planning, or professional advice.
(b) Methodology outputs are expressed with explicit confidence flags and ranges. They do not predict a specific outcome for any specific site, facility, project, or operator.
(c) Methodology outputs are the collective work product of SIIQE and its named external reviewers where applicable, and no individual is solely responsible for any output.
(d) Because outputs are opinions carrying acknowledged uncertainty, they cannot be described as "accurate" or "inaccurate" in the manner of factual claims.
(e) Each user makes their own independent evaluation of any site, facility, project, or investment before taking any decision, and takes any such decision solely at their own risk.
This clause reflects the standards applied by comparable independent methodology providers (for example, Sylvera and Bloomberg) and mirrors the transparency principles set out in the SiteIQ Business Case v10.1.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may access and view the Site for lawful, personal, professional, and non-commercial informational purposes.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, wordmarks, colour palettes, typography choices, methodology descriptions, product descriptions, and page structure — is owned by or licensed to SIIQE and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
The SIIQE wordmark and the SiteIQ product mark are trade marks of SIIQE Pty Ltd. You may not use either mark, or any confusingly similar mark, without our prior written consent.
Where SIIQE publishes methodology documentation, white papers, or public accountability data, additional licensing terms will be stated on the relevant page. In the absence of an express licence, the general permitted-use rules in section 5 apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SIIQE writes and maintains its own methodology. Internal and external voice are identical: the story we tell an investor, a regulator, a hyperscaler, a fund, a community group, and a journalist is the same story. Where a customer, partner, or reviewer relationship gives rise to a potential conflict of interest, SIIQE will identify and manage it in accordance with its published governance approach.
No SIIQE output is contingent on receiving a specific score, rating, or outcome. No commercial arrangement links SIIQE compensation to the direction of a methodology output.
